Born on September 16, 1958 in LA, California, Jennifer Tilly turned Hollywood stardom into Poker stardom during her break out performance in the 2005 World Seris of Poker Ladies Event when she won the title and $156,825. Jennifer Tilly beat 600 women to earn that WSOP bracelet on June 27, 2005, and showed the poker world she was not a one time fluke on September 1, 2005 by winning the third World Poker Tour Ladies Invitational Tournament at the Bicycle Casino in Los Angeles. Jennifer Tilly's WSOP victory made her the first non-poker celebrity to win a World Series of Poker bracelet.
